25th January 2012: Minor revisions to plans issued.
Some 12 documents re-issued, published on LBB planning website. Listed gates location changed.
19th January 2012: Conservationists join fight against restaurants proposal.
In an article in today’s Bromley Times (page 2) The Open Spaces Society, our oldest national conservation body, has expressed its opposition to the planned development in Queen’s Gardens. 
11th January 2012: Plans will destroy public open space.
A letter by Tony Banfield, detailing BCS objections to the Queen’s Garden development (Site M), was printed in today’s News Shopper as their ’Star Letter’.
14 December 2011: Queen’s Garden Planning Application Published.
L.B.Bromley have published details of this controversial development. Members of the public are urged to send their objections to L.B. Bromley Planning Department.MORE DETAILS....
3 November 2011: Building in Queen’s Gardens.
Capital Shopping Centres, operators of the Glades Shopping Centre, are planning to build five restaurants partly in this public open space. Planning application expected to be submitted soon. Friends group intend to oppose this.
